PAYMENT :

» Total payment against the proposed surgical procedure must be made at the time of admission. Any delay on your part in making payment is likely to delay, postpone surgery.
» Should you decide to defer the day/date of your operation because of religious or social reasons, you should inform us well in advance, so that you can be rescheduled & the slot booked for you can be given to another patient waiting for admission/Surgery.
» Stop taking Disprin/Crocin/Clopigrel/Deplatt Tablets & low molecular weight Heparin four to five days before surgery.
» Congenital (by birth) Heart defects, usually require FRESH BLOOD(3-4 units) at the time of surgery. Donors for and on behalf of the patient are thoroughly screened before donation.
» On the date given to you, please report at the ADMISSION COUNTER, where your file has already been sent. The bed in the WARD OF YOUR CHOICE will then be allotted to you.

Once admitted, all investigations such as ECG, Blood, Urine and X-Ray etc., shall be carried out and the cost of these investigations are included in the package.

IMPORTANT

Please note that till the patient is in the INTENSIVE CARE UNIT (Normally for 2-3 days), only one of the attendants shall be allowed to meet the patient once a day (only for five minutes). No passes from the OPD are issued. Patient’s attendants are allowed upto the FIFTH FLOOR LOBBY only.

CONCEALMENT of FACTS from the consultant is neither in your interest nor in the interest of the Surgical team. Your unstinted cooperation shall go a long way towards speedy and uneventful recovery from this ordeal.
