This Department caters to the Kidney related problems including dialysis and renal transplant follow-ups. The department is a well equipped Hemo-dialysis Unit with 5 latest Japanese-make (Toray) machines. Water for dialysis is provided by Reverse Osmosis (RO) system. A facility for bicarbonate dialysis is available in three shifts with arrangement to provide emergency dialysis round the clock and a separate dedicated machine for critically ill patients is available in ICUs for bedside dialysis.

The Department has also facilities for initiating patients for Continuous Ambulatory Pentoneal Dialysis (CAPD).

A significant number of patients of Post Kidney Transplant have been visiting the Department for follow-up at KHRC.

The Department offers a comprehensive Urological service for diagnosis and treat kidney stone diseases, urological concerns, incontinence, infertility, impotence, female urology, prostrate surgery, and paediatric urology.

The Department is well equipped and holds Uroflowmetry, Litho Tripsy machine, Carms, etc. The Department has facilities for the following -
